Sunshine & Wishes

Hello friends,

I am Neha here, back with two cards!

First card features the die and stamp combo by hero arts – Congrats Stamp & Cut  ! I love diecut sentiments on my cards. Diecut words are really versatile. This set has ‘Congrats’ sentiment in stamp and die as well. There are many small sentiments (i.e. engagement, marriage, newbaby, graduation etc.) too which can be used to make really personalized greeting for many occasions. It has three tiny sequins stamps too which I have used for today’s card.

To make it, I masked the base card with masking tape and applied black soot distress oxide, remove the tape and let it dry for good 4-5 hours. For the panel, I diecut Neenah Solar 80gsm card stock  with MFT die, stamped largest sequin stamp with versamark ink and enbossed in Nuvo gold embossing powder. This powder has tiny gold glitter in it which is perfect for the sequin stamp. Repeated stamping with rest of the sequin stamps and embossed them using Nuvo Silver and copper embossing powders. I also stamped some more sequins in lavender, hot pink and lime green colors.

Sentiment is diecut from DCWV glitter paper. I also stamped a small ‘ you did it’ sentiment in black in versafine ink.  Mounted the whole panel using white foam for added dimension .

Close up to see all the blings…

For the second card, I have used a mini stamp by Jillibean soup. Unfortunately, it is not available right now but you can always preorder all your desired craft supplies.

The various sentiment inspired me to make this tri-fold card.

I took 2 4×8″ creme card stock and scored them at 4.

I glued left and right half of each card on top of each other to make a 4×12 panel having 3 4×4 parts.

I cut 2 perfectly aligned windows from side panels. On a piece of white cs i stamped and embossed outlines sun in gold, fussy cut and colored with water colors. i adhere 2 green die cut in back of both the windows. Adhere the sun on left side panel.

I stenciled the center panel with distress inks, added the sentiment and a sun in the center.

Finally, I stamped 2 more sentiments.

Finally, I made an envelope from yellow polka dot pattern paper.

I hope, you like what I create! Thank you so much for being here on the blog!
